It's been awhile- Get out and Vote!

Okay, so I'm really slow to updated this page. This election year matters on a very critical scale. We will either be working together for change or continue to be deprived of our basic human rights. It's critical that you get out and vote.

When I was in school, I had the support of President Clinton to get the critical funding I needed to be successful. Without the support of federal grants, scholarships and an expanded loan program I would have failed. I had planned to go to graduate school, but when Bush took office, one of the first programs to see drastic cuts in funding was the federal grants and loans program. I had a friend that did go on to graduate school but she had to work 40 hours a week, intern at a hospital, and take out personal loans to supplement what was not being offered by the current administration. So please vote this election year.
